Leadership & Team Building: This department is responsible for managing relationships with clients, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding process. They also provide training and manage teams, ensuring effective team management and brand management. Meet Amen

Meet our newest management member from Covington, KY! Amen was a track and cross country athlete and participated extracurriculars at BSU including the Student Leadership Program, studying abroad, learning through service, running, painting, and traveling. She has worked in education, agriculture, and photography industries and studied communication in college. Her biggest strength is her compassion for people, but she tended to overthink through her training into management. To get her promotion, she had to be an aggressive student, work hard, and run after a goal every day. We look forward to seeing her in a Marketing Manager role and pass along her knowledge to help others looking to achieve success in our business and industry.
